THE BENEFITS OF PRACTICING WATER SPORTS


This aquatic enviorment offers a lot of possibilities that the terrestrial enviorment don't. Water help us to improve our body schema, the laterality and the space-time orientation due to the forces of the water. The movements over any body axis gain a better security due to the wightnessless and the flotation.
The horizontal position makes not to charge all the weight in our back, thus to reduce muscular tensions.

Such as loosing fats is very important to keep your body healthy, water sports are a great form to lose those fats. The resistance in water is twelve times more powerful than the air resistance, so the effort is heavier.

Practising water sports also can help to develop the mood of people with psychological problems. Can decrease the stress and the anxiety in patients with diseases.

I think that sports are very important to keep your mind and body helthy, water sports are a great form to improve yourself and do the best you can to reach your goals.
